Brand and dining photography at Casa Loma for The Botanist and BlueBlood Steakhouse.
Casa Loma is one of the most photographed landmarks in Canada, which raises the bar rather than lowering it. The assignment was to make the work happening inside it look as considered as the architecture, across a spirits campaign, a steakhouse, and a summer concert series in one continuing engagement.
The Brand Campaign: The Botanist by Remy Cointreau
Brand and cocktail photography shot on the terraces at Casa Loma. Product imagery built to sit in venue marketing, brand social channels, and menu features without re-shooting: the bottle against the Toronto skyline, table compositions with plated dishes, and details that tie the spirit to the place.
The Dining Room: BlueBlood Steakhouse
BlueBlood Steakhouse trades on atmosphere as much as the menu, and the photography had to carry both. Dish-led frames like the bone marrow tartare, terrace dining with the grounds behind it, and menu details from the VIP Symphony dinner service.
The Concert Series: Symphony in the Gardens
Symphony in the Gardens is the summer concert series at Casa Loma, staged under a chandelier-hung tent in the gardens. Coverage runs across daylight arrivals, a live orchestra, changing stage lighting, and guests who are there for the evening rather than the camera.
